Ngayogyakarta Palace, Beach Parang Kusumo in the South Seas, and also of Mount Merapi are in a straight line connected by Tugu Jogja in the middle.
Observations of satellite imagery is showing these locations, following the connecting road, situated almost in line and just missed a few degrees.
The existence of an imaginary line is justified by the former Professor of Philosophy University of Gadjah Mada University Professor Damarjati Supadjar. "Imaginary line was already a long discourse," said Damarjati to VIVAnews.com, Friday, October 20, 2010.
Mount Merapi is located on the border of Yogyakarta and Central Java, also as the north border of Yogyakarta. This is where it starts straight line. It lies to the south, there are Tugu Yogya.
